Minimum age and account
RatePresso may only be used by persons aged 16 and over. Access credentials must be protected; identity deception is prohibited.
Your content
You remain responsible for reviews, comments, profile details and photos and confirm that you hold the necessary copyright, trademark and personality rights. For the duration of publication, RatePresso receives a simple, royalty-free right to store, reproduce, display, secure and moderate the content within the service.
Prohibited use
Prohibited are unlawful, insulting, threatening, discriminatory, sexualised or violence-glorifying content, spam, manipulated reviews, unauthorised advertising, malware, identity deception and rights infringements. Reviews must be based on your own actual experience.
Moderation
Content may be reported, reviewed, hidden or deleted. Accounts may be restricted in cases of serious or repeated violations. Where legally required, we inform you of the essential reason and of a way to request a review.
Availability and liability
There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability. Café details, prices and opening hours must be verified on site. Statutory liability, in particular for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and under mandatory consumer law, remains unaffected.
Termination and contact
You can permanently delete your account in the app. German law applies while respecting mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of habitual residence. Questions and appeals: contact@ratepresso.com.
